Hi Previously known as Handicap UK with headquarters in France and global locations across the USA, Germany, Canada and Switzerland underwent a re-brand and commissioned us to localize their brands tone of voice for a UK audience.


With the brands refresh we wanted to gain relevance with key insights taken from our knowledge of the UK market.


We were able to identity key personality traits that aligned with their global brand but we zero’d in on more personal character attributes that allowed the brands voice to be human-focused yet relatable with a digitally active social presence for a younger type of donator.
